The Waterloo Wellbeing Centre and Officers Quarters at Crownwhill Fort are incredible places to work. Having a clinic in both, I find they lend themselves to great spaces for healing and a sense of stillness, regardless of what healing modality you are in. With the beautiful grounds of the of the Fort to explore or the lovely space of Devonport park, the locations are great places to work.
Julie is both warm and supportive and greatly encourages you to make the space your own when you are in the clinics. It is a great bonus to store my equipment at the clinics and be able to surround myself with the props I need for my clients. The feedback from my clients has been extremely positive. If you are looking for a place for your therapy business, then look no further.
Julie M, Bowen Therapist

I have been practising as a counsellor for nearly thirty years now and am about to retire from the profession as I move towards the grand age of seventy.I have worked in many places, some good and some less good, but working at the Waterloo Wellbeing Centre over the past five years has been an absolute delight. It is a warm, well run and welcoming place to be in. The rooms are all well furnished and comfortable and always have the necessary tissue box and clock to hand for those of us who need them. In addition to all this, there are often fresh flowers to offer a moment of pleasure during a busy day.
The Centre has a kitchen that all therapists can use for that welcome cuppa and perhaps a look in Julie's tins in the hope of finding that naughty but nice biscuit! On some days there is a receptionist to guide clients to the waiting room but, when the desk is unmanned, there are also clear notices offering a welcome and clear directions for them to follow.
For a therapist looking for a good place to work, I would have no hesitation to recommend the Waterloo Wellbeing Centre. There will be a welcome and a 'yes we can' approach to any issues that may arise.
My thanks to Julie Jeffs, for offering me the opportunity to work there.
