Our Fees
We provide a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), solution-focused integrative counselling, core process psychotherapy, family counselling and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) for depression and stress. Hourly sessions cost between £35.00 - £70.00 depending on the type of therapy provided e.g. individual, couple or family counselling..

Following your enquiry you will be invited to come and meet one of our practitioners for an initial assessment. The purpose of the assessment is to give you the opportunity to meet your counsellor to explore how counselling might help and ask any questions. Information regarding our confidentiality policy, fees and ways to pay can be discussed at the initial assessment. After that, sessions last 1 hour and normally take place weekly. All future sessions will be arranged between you and the practitioner.

For your convenience we can offer early morning, late evening and Saturday morning appointments.
